I got this tray for my 4 year old son for a very long car trip- we were in the car for 24 hours over 4 days, plus sight seeing once we got to our destination. He really enjoyed being able to play with his cars on the tray and it was a great place for me to have a stable surface to fix lunches and snacks at rest stops. The only problem we had was getting the strap tight enough to hold the tray stable. Once we got it, the tray worked great. Our son was using the tray for lunch when we were in an accident that totaled our car, and the tray wasn't a problem.
We used this tray with a Graco Comfort Sport carseat.


This tray works great. We've used it on long trips and short rides. Our daughter can put her books on it or her magna-doodle. The cup holder is in a good spot that she can reach and she likes putting snacks in the other holder. My only change would be a way to keep the strap in place when it is released. If I don't hold onto the strap as I unhook, it slips behind the seat and is tough to reach.


We love this tray. It fits great with our Eddie Bauer car seat and was easy to install. It's not flimsey like those other soft trays.


The car tray is great. My grandson loves it. It allows him to drive his cars while we are traveling. He loves the cupholder, too. I like the ridge around the edges that keep things from rolling off the trays.


We followed another reviewer's recommendation and fasted the strap through the back of the carseat instead of underneath. It worked great with our Britax Marathon. Our son was able to play with his cars and other toys. The cup holder didn't work for cups, but it held various toys along our long journey.


This is a wonderful idea, but it did not fit our Brittax Blvd. car seat. The tray tilted to far forward and down. I tried to install it many different ways, it just would not work. I had to return it.


I bought the Taby Tray Activity Desk for a recent car trip and it was a good buy. It gave my 3 yr old a place to eat and draw pictures during the trip. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the material is a little less sturdy than I expected out of a kid's item. I'm not sure how it would hold up to everyday use.


I got this item to use during a road trip from TX to MS with my 1 y/o twins. Once I got it buckled into place, my kids were able to just knock it right off. This tray is not secure at all. It might be easier to use with older kids.


Bought one for each kid, and after the first hour they could attach or remove the trays whenever they wanted by themselves. The drink cup holder is to small for most cups, but it held crayons perfectly. The arm rests on the booster seats i have are to low to support the tray, and the ones on the van seats are to far apart, but the kids were fine with the tray just resting on their laps when they wanted to use it.


Excellent for "in the car" activities. Light weight, easy to place and remove. My child asks for the tray with every car ride so that he can look at books, color, watch movies with a portable DVD. This product was worth every cent.
